11th Hour Procurement

Ddoy group assists customers to save money with its ”11th hour procurement” initiative.
This is when a customer is at the final stage; ready to place a Purchase Order with a supplier, but before they do, they check with us to see if we can beat their existing price quotation.

We will then use our extensive buying power to negotiate with the supplier on behalf of our customer and pass on the savings, or we source out an alternative supplier to save our customer money. Any money saved helps our customers increase their margins.
